Returns + Exchanges
I want you to be happy with your purchase!
If something arrives damaged or there's a mistake on my end, I'm happy to replace the item. If you change your mind about a piece or want a different size (this does not apply to custom or one-of-a-kind rings), I'm happy to offer an exchange or shop credit, but you will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back to me. Once I receive the item, I will reach out to you on how you'd like to move forward. Please reach out to me about a return within 5 days of receiving your order. All items must be returned within 30 days, and must be in perfect condition.
I don't offer returns or exchanges on custom orders or one-of-a-kind pieces. Please remember that I'm a small business, and each piece is hand-crafted and made to order.
